It's fun and social to have a drink and a great reward for all of your hard work, but drink in moderation especially if you are going hard again the next day. You tax the body greatly and you will be dehydrated and forcing the body to work harder than it should have to. As a rule, drink one bottle of water for every alcoholic drink.
