Rider Manual

This Rider Information Kit is a guide only in helping each rider to adequately prepare for the 1-day or 3-day cycling experience. This kit contains a suggested training programme by Coach Nigel Gray to help each rider prepare for the rigors of the Tour. A suggested nutritional programme by Cherilee Garofano to guide riders towards greater health and wellness.

The high level itinerary programme outlines the fun and excitement to be had on each day of the Tour. After an outstanding day on the bike, we have great, fun, meaningful evening programmes planned that will connect us with the kids, families and camps that we are riding for.

A suggested packing list is included to ensure each rider is prepared to ride comfortably through every possible weather condition, including cold mornings, hot afternoons, challenging winds and the potential for rain. Our evening programmes are based predominantly outdoors and as a result, warm, dry clothing and appropriate camping equipment will ensure a positive and comfortable evening experience. Every rider is responsible for ensuring their cycling equipment is safe and in good working order and helmets are mandatory when riding.

A print friendly pdf version is also available for download.
