Cancellation Policy

Registration Fees
Registration Fees are non-refundable, however, provided you cancel on or before June 30, your payment will be converted to a donation and a tax receipt will be issued. (By early July amounts collected from registration fee will be committed to the event's operating budget and cannot be refunded or converted.)

Fundraising Obligation
Cancellation will release you from your fundraising obligation, however, any donations submitted on-line or by mail cannot be returned. Upon request, the processed amount can be credited toward your fundraising target for the following year or credited this year to a rider of your choosing. If you give no direction prior to the event start date, the amounts will be processed as general and unassigned donations.
